No, unfortunately we don't offer custom designs or sizing. We like to extensively test all designs with materials available in order to ensure utmost quality and durability.
No, we want to make sure you get your ring as quickly as possible. Additionally, we would not be able to offer exchanges or returns on custom engraved pieces.
If you do want your ring engraved once your Thorum ring arrives (metal materials only), many local jewelers will offer custom engraving for varying fees.
We offer hassle-free exchanges for any reason for a nominal $25 restocking fee. This includes return shipping, repackaging, restocking labor, sanitizing, and hand-polishing. Two exchanges are permitted per ring purchase.
Feel free to keep the silicone ring your original package includes, otherwise please include it in your exchange and we’ll ensure to swap it out for the appropriate size.
This is our exchange process:
1. Start by initiating your exchange here.
2. Wait for your new ring to arrive in the mail.
3. Package up the ring that does not fit and ship it back with the return label we will provide you.
4. Enjoy your new ring!
Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date of original order.
Nope! We don't require you to send it back in order for us to send out the new size. We will ship out the new ring as soon as we can.
We recommend shipping the old ring back in the packaging we ship the replacement in.
Absolutely, we do offer an extended return/exchange policy for proposals. Please email our team before starting your return or exchange so that you can let us know in advance.
Extended policy offers 60 days for exchanges and 60 days for returns.
We want to ensure each customer is 100% satisfied with their ring purchase. If there is anything our helpful team can assist with, please reach out to them before initiating a return.
We also offer the option of ring exchanges if you find that it’s the design you’re not loving.
If you are certain you’d like to return your ring, we offer easy returns for a $25 restocking fee. This allows us to process your return inventory and sanitize and hand-polish your ring upon return. Return shipping cost is at the responsibility of the customer.
